Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at contact@smartravel.co.uk


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary because we ship from multiple fulfillment centers worldwide, depending on your delivery location.
Average delivery time within the United Kingdom is about 4–7 working days via FedEx.
Your tracking number will be updated 1–3 days after your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Areas & Fees

  • United Kingdom: Free shipping on all e-bike orders.

  • European Union: Free shipping available on most destinations.

  • USA & Canada: Free shipping is currently available for orders within the continental USA and Canada. Please note that this excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
     For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, an additional delivery fee of $350 applies.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

At Smartravel, we take care of all shipping fees, import duties, VAT, and taxes associated with your order.
You will not be charged any additional customs or tax fees upon delivery.
All prices displayed on www.smartravel.co.uk are final and inclusive of all applicable charges.


Damages

Smartravel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at contact@smartravelor.com to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
